We are taking surveys and fulfilling from our own site because we are a baby startup and need to save money 🙂 and that helps keep your prices down, too. (Did you know commercial pledge managers charge a percentage even on shipping? Going direct saves twice!)
And good news — we found another way to save (a good way, not cutting corners or quality) and we went for it! We have unlocked the Know Your Beauty design! Now you can choose it as one of your backer rewards.

Here are a few reminders as you finalize your backer rewards:
You may see different pricing on the website for products than when you pledged—that’s because backers get the best deals! If you pledged for 4 enamel pins, for example, your pledge was for $60 and the pins in your cart will be priced at $64. Don’t worry, your backer coupon will cover all of it!
Once you’ve added your pledge rewards to your cart, enter the personalized backer coupon code(s) you received, sent to the address in your BackerKit account from smortalwombat.com. Can’t find it? Reach out and we’ll help. (Please include the email address you used on BackerKit, and your backer number if you can.)
These codes stack, so you can use more than one per order. Additional items can be added at the same time, so if that cute pair of earrings catches your eye, go ahead and throw it in the cart.
Patches or Badges
We also have a very limited number of patches in each design. You can add those to your backer rewards here.
A bit more about shipping:
Note that our domestic (USA) shipping is at a flat rate per shipping class; it costs about the same to mail one pin or four pins plus two stickers and a set of earrings. This means you can add multiple pins or stickers without increasing your one-pin shipping cost, and then shipping will adjust when you add a pin board or two. We’ve set items to share shipping as much as possible. Some items must ship separately for safety (you do not want your gorgeous color-shifting acrylic pin board wedged alongside two chonky hardback books).
Want to save? If you have just one item in your cart, consider asking a local friend if they want anything and you can split the shipping. The only current exception to flat rate by class is paperback or hardback books, because it does cost more to ship three hardbacks than one.
International shipping is charged by weight and will arrive in 1-4 weeks depending on destination country. We are not responsible for any customs fees charged upon arrival; check your country’s policies before ordering.
Please note that carriers have announced a rate increase since the start of our campaign, citing the increase in fuel costs due to the American war in Iran, and this has raised shipping costs. We are very sorry about this, and we’re frustrated and angry about it too. Fortunately we had stockpiled most of our shipping materials already at a good rate — and nearly all are recyclable and/or compostable, so please continue a virtuous cycle!
All packages (except flat stickers/magnets only) are shipped with insurance. If your package arrives with visible damage, please take photos before opening to help us make things right. There will be a sticker on your package to remind you of this.
